Shamrock offers our residential customers yearly maintenance contracts. In addition to preventative services, our contracts also include free parts* and labor should problems arise. Customers can bundle their furnace coverage with other equipment such as air conditioners, hot water heaters, and humidifiers for affordable, hassle-free service.
Commercial Service Agreements
Shamrock is proud to offer fully customizable service contracts for our commercial customers. We currently service apartment complexes, warehouses, retail spaces, and shopping centers.

I Just Got New Equipment, Do I Need A Service Agreement?
If you just got new equipment, a Preventative Maintenance Agreement may still be a good idea for your home. You will likely be covered under your contractor’s warranty for a period of time thereafter in the event of a breakdown. Warranties do not often include preventative services and tune-ups that are included in the Preventative Maintenance Agreement.
Additionally, if you are under a manufacturer’s warranty only, that warranty does not cover the cost of labor, which can result in unpleasant surprises for homeowners.
